About the Team and the Role We're a fast-moving and scrappy team building a startup within a big company, and we're looking for an experienced Associate Manager to join our In-Store team. As a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager focused on the customer side of our Going Out product, you'll own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy and work on some of the most urgent projects as we prepare to scale our product nationwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase retention. Key Responsibilities Own and collaborate on critical components of our business, including the Going Out customer journey, in-app conversion, monthly retention, and order frequency Design and execute experiments to learn about new products and features, and analyze results to inform future decisions Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to drive customer growth and engagement Build models to evaluate success and set new goals, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams to scale Going Out and drive business growth Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles.
