What You’ll Do • Conduct comprehensive telehealth visits and follow-ups. • Support patients through hormonal, lifestyle, and medication-based care plans. • Educate and empower women to manage midlife transitions with confidence. • Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders in a fully remote environment. ✅ What You Bring • Active California NP license (multi-state preferred). • National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar). • 3+ years of experience in primary care, women’s health, or gynecology. • Prescriptive authority and strong telehealth skills. • Empathy, curiosity, and a patient-first mindset.
