Entry Level Manager Daily Responsibilities: ? Engage with customers through residential outreach initiatives ? Undergo intensive training in management, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management ? Assist in identifying potential customers, generating awareness, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets ? Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn effective selling strategies and best practices ? Participate in the planning and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns to create brand awareness and drive visibility for our clients ? Contribute actively to Entry Level Manager team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs ? Participate in entry-level meetings to enhance managerial and organizational skills ? Learn effective team management, communication, and problem-solving techniques

Entry Level Manager Preferred Skills & Qualifications: ? Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds ? A passion for sales, management, and business development ? Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively ? Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed ? Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
