The Role
? Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare and any other HR duties
? Acting as a central point of contact for employees
? Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
? Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls

Key Skills
? Previous Human Resources experience
? CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
? Training and development experience
? Recruitment experience
? Payroll and HR systems experience
