What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage medical accounts receivable from various payer types, including commercial, government, workers' compensation, and personal injury protection
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, legal offices, patients, and staff
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure smooth billing processes
• Perform billing, collections, and financial reporting tasks
• Utilize technology and software (e.g., EMR, EHR, Navinet) to facilitate medical billing operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical accounts receivable
• Proficient in technology and medical billing software, including EMR and EHR
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and honest work ethic
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Medi Touch/NextGen software
• Background in billing for physical therapy, chiropractic, and occupational therapy
• Previous experience with out-of-network insurance billing
