Job Overview:

As a Remote Solar Appointment Setter, you?l be responsible for contacting warm leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You'll be a key player in helping homeowners take advantage of solar energy savings. This is a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential based on your ability to generate appointments and close deals.

Key Responsibilities: ?Set a minimum of 3 appointments per day (expected daily goal) ?Maintain a 25% sit rate on Phase 1 appointments and 40% close rate on Phase 2 appointments ?Follow a proven 3-step process to ensure high-quality leads and build trust with prospects ?Engage with warm data, helping potential customers explore their solar options and schedule appointments ?Meet minimum KPIs (key performance indicators) to qualify for performance bonuses and growth opportunities ?Work remotely with a motivated team, receiving constant feedback and support to improve your performance and earnings

Compensation & Benefits:
?$5,400 average commission per close
?$16,000+ monthly commission after hitting minimum criteria of 3 installs per month (assuming a 50% cancel rate)
?$32,000+ per month with 6 installs a month, assuming worst-case cancel rates
?Potential for up to $75,000 monthly in commissions once reaching 8-10 appointments per day and securing higher retention
?Career progression into calling hot leads with higher conversion rates (6-8% conversion, 150 calls/day)
?$54,000+ monthly commissions (20 deals/month) and up to $80,000+ monthly with high retention and performance
?$180,000/year if hitting minimum KPIs consistently

Ideal Candidate:
