Embark on your professional journey with us as an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, where you?ll oversee and manage the interactions on various chat platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a positive user experience. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining online safety and community standards. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with the necessary skills to succeed in this vital role.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
