Key Responsibilities
? Answer emails
? Generate contracts
? Send invoices and payment links
? Make sure clients have the correct access
? Manage social media
? Schedule social media
? Manage DMs, comments, engagement
? Create social media posts
? Repurpose content
? Manage projects and send reminders for deadlines
? Create sequences in Active Campaign
? Attend a few set meetings a week
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
? Platforms:

? TikTok
? Instagram
? Facebook
? Active Campaign
? DocuSign
? ThriveCart
? Square

Requirements
? Experience in digital marketing (a must)
? Ability to work a set schedule that is set by the VA Monday- Friday
? Creative
? Very professional
? Good grammar and ability to write
? Intuitively organized
? Detail oriented
? Self-starter
? 20-30 hours per week
? Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
