Field Execution Representative

Summary

The Field Execution Representative is responsible for supporting the local sales teams in optimizing in-store execution of Picture of Success elements. Success in this role requires collaboration between all cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.

Responsibilities
? Demonstrate commitment to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
? Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sales as appropriate for an account.
? Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Picture of Success (PiCOS) in all accounts to grow market share and develop employees.
? Support local sampling events.
? Generates new business leads and Coca-Cola Freestyle Leads.
? Maintain company equipment assets, ensuring all equipment 100% Coca-Cola products.
? Meet the company?s current merchandising standards.
? Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel.
? Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
? Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending reaching, and kneeling.
? Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment.

Qualifications
? Must be 18 years of age.
? Must be eligible to work in the United States.
? Must have a valid driver's license.
? Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
? Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
