Your Role:
As a Remote Intervention Specialist, you?ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in students? lives by:
? Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) designed to address the unique needs of each student.
? Delivering engaging virtual instruction that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.
? Monitoring and evaluating student progress, adjusting strategies and plans to ensure success.
? Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
? Utilizing VocoVision?s advanced teletherapy tools to deliver effective, interactive, and accessible lessons.
What We?re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you?ll need:
? A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license.
? A degree in Special Education or a related field.
? At least two years of experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required?training is provided!).
? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a virtual environment.
? A reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
? A passion for empowering students to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
