Description:
? Conducting bank account and credit card reconciliations.
? Performing bookkeeping reviews.
? Tracking and paying bills/loans.
? Collecting and managing invoices.
? Filing 1099 forms.
? Calculating and collecting sales tax.
? Handling payroll filing and reporting.
? Maintaining financial transaction spreadsheets.
? Submitting detailed daily reports to your supervisor.
? Keeping accurate time logs for each client.
? Using internal software to document completed client work.
? Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is compulsory. ? 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience with multiple small businesses. ? (Bonus) Experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant is a plus but not required. ? Strong oral and written communication skills. ? Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities. ? Capacity to manage stress from deadlines and workload. ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must. ? Punctuality in job performance. ? Abstinence from mind or mood-altering substances. ? Flexibility to work varied hours. ? Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. ? Located in the U.S. with strong English language skills.
