What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop AI solutions for aerospace and avionics systems
• Work on 2nd and 3rd Gen AI systems, including Cognitive & Neuromorphic AI
• Support neuromorphic systems, EW, SigInt, Drones, Avionics, and sensor correlation/fusion
• Conduct Data Science and analysis duties, provide simulations, and integrate onto hardware
• Assist in business development activities and non-AI programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in developing AI and software in Python, Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar environments
• Demonstrated industry experience in AI development and deployment
• Proficiency in coding with Python, C/C++
• Valid and clear driver's license required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in DoD, Medical, or Commercial industries
• Strong background in Algorithms and AI deployment
