Key Responsibilities: ? * Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Disneys social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. ? * Provide accurate and timely information regarding Disney products, services, and policies. ? * Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. ? * Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience. ? * Keep up-to-date with Disney promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers. ? * Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to Disneys social media engagement strategies. ? * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. ? Required Skills and Qualifications: ? * Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. ? * Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. ? * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. ? * Familiarity with Disney products, services, and the brands values. ? * Customer service experience, preferably in a social media or online support setting. ? * Technical proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. ? Experience: ? * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media support. ? * Experience working in a remote setting is preferred. ? * Knowledge of Disneys products and services is a plus. ?
