Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, and product information

Provide accurate information about products and services

Handle complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems

Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries
