- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via email, phone, and chat
- Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to flag for the team
- Document bugs for the Engineering teams and communicate technical problems clearly
- Contribute to team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and collaboration
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area
- Passionate about customer support and its role in a customer-centric team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical problems tactfully and clearly
- Demonstrated empathy, diplomacy, and poise under pressure
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the FinTech industry
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a support function
- Currently hold or have recently held a Series 7 and/or 63 securities license
- Willingness to work overtime
