Responsibilities: ? Provide basic technical support via phone or chat ? Deliver an exceptional support experience ? Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers ? Provide a memorable and delightful experience

Qualifications: ? Flexible to needs of business ? Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent ? 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements
? You must have the following:
? 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
? Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
? Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
? A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
? Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
? Desk and an ergonomic chair
