What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Accurately input tax return information into multiple systems while adhering to standard operating procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in data entry tasks
• Review completed production batches for quality assurance and assist with training new staff members
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems related to data entry processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and apply LEAN concepts as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma (HSD) or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Strong 10-key skills, achieving over 15,000 KPH and 60+ WPM
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and clearance process, including tax compliance verification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous data entry experience
• Familiarity with LEAN concepts, principles, and tools
• Experience in a government or public service environment
