Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. This role involves assisting customers through our online chat platform, providing them with real-time solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally. ? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. ?
