Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to travelers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and issues. Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
? Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
? Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel services
? Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations

Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred

? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
