What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate orientation and training for new hires
? Partner with hiring managers to identify and address hiring needs
? Screen candidates to ensure quality before presenting them to hiring managers
? Maintain spreadsheets and detailed documentation for compliance purposes
? Perform administrative duties and follow-up tasks related to recruitment processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? RN/Clinical recruitment background is required
? Excellent communication skills
? Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
? Ability to foster relationships within the organization
? Strong sense of urgency and commitment to task completion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in healthcare recruitment
? Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
? Proven track record of successful candidate placements
? Ability to work independently while being a team player
