What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Process Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders proficiently
• Handle incoming paper orders from both consumers and the Corporate Sales Division in a timely manner
• Manage incoming communications while meeting accuracy and productivity standards
• Maintain business and product knowledge using available resources
• Type at least 35 words per minute and ensure excellent spelling and grammar

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Programs, including Excel
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work with confidential information discreetly
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the holiday season

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
• Familiarity with the gourmet food or snack industry
