• Identify and address any barriers to case resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in case management, preferably in a healthcare setting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in case management software and other relevant tools.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCM, ACM) are a plus.
