Job Description

Requirements

– Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in another administrative position

– Familiarity with sales principles and practices

– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)

– Ability to work independently and remotely

– High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

– Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks

– Manage and update the customer database (CRM)

– Prepare and distribute sales reports

– Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups

– Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information

– Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations
