• Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
• Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics effectively
• Assist students in curriculum understanding and completion
• Support students with special education needs
• Offer guidance in early childhood education

Qualifications
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching

• College Major: Education
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
• Familiarity with learning technology tools
• Background in special education is a plus
• Ability to manage classroom environments effectively
• Passion for educating and helping students succeed
