What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules
? Manage, process, and review all financial project activity ensuring compliance with procurement policies
? Maintain project trackers and assist with data collection and validation in various systems
? Act as the primary point of contact for project status communication with the project team
? Prepare project reports and collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience required
? Previous experience with AT&T is required
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
? Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable
? Ability to quickly learn department functions and existing processes independently
