Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound customer inquiries, medical intake forms and provide accurate information. ? Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and schedule appointments. ? Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. ? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. ? Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs. ? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Medical call center experience, extensive knowledge in diabetes and weight loss is a plus. ? Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. ? Sales Experience. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
