Job Description:
? Strong SAP SD knowledge of 10-12 years with hands on experience on ECC 6 and exposure to S4 Hana
? Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated.
? Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops
? Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).
? Create detailed user stories that is well understood both by clients and technical/development team. Create detailed functional specification document.
? Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements.
? Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the Project Manager & team
? Liaising between users and technical team.
? Create training collaterals, conduct trainings for users
? Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner
? Support with domain & business process knowledge in Order to Cash/ Transportation & Logistics processes.
? Support projects with competence in SAP SD module
? Provides guidance or support to development teams, guiding task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
