Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders using a variety of methods (e.g. manual picking, RF scanning, etc.) Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipping according to company standards Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and fulfill time-sensitive orders Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of packaging materials and restocking supplies as needed Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Utilize company technology (e.g. handheld devices, warehouse management systems) to track and manage inventory levels and order fulfillment processes Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or challenges that arise during the order picking process Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders, and promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to product handling, quality control, and workplace conduct Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in order picking and fulfillment procedures.
