You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Penetration Tester.You're a good fit if you have experience with: Performing network, web application, API, and cloud penetration tests end-to-end Building clear, prioritized remediation reports Collaborating across product, engineering, and security teams Threat modeling and attack-path analysis to identify high-risk business impact or have similar experience. Must-have qualifications Have 5+ years full-time work experience and project fit. Native-level English skills U.S. residency Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). Nice-to-haves Offensive Security certifications Background in red teaming, purple teaming, or adversary emulation engagements Exposure to mobile application security testing Compensation & logistics Hourly pay: $32 – $73, commensurate with experience and project fit. Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
