Sales Estimator - Remote (Arizona Resident Only)

We’re expanding our team and looking for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. This is a work-form-home position with travel to customers / general contractor locations in Arizona, you need to live in yavapai county. Position Summary: We’re seeking a confident, PRESENTABLE!!!, and experienced Sales Representative to lead consultations, walk clients through estimates, and close project deals. This is a contractor role with flexible hours and commission-based compensation for those who can perform. We provide warm leads, pricing tools, and support—you bring drive, follow-through, and the ability to close. Responsibilities: • Meet with residential clients for in-home or virtual consultations • Present project scopes, pricing tiers, and estimates clearly and confidently • Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up tasks using our CRM system • Maintain 4–6+ weeks of booked projects • Cultivate lasting relationships with both homeowners and GCs • Collaborate with marketing to support lead flow and brand growth • Keep tabs on market trends and competitor offerings What You Need: • 5+ years in outside sales (construction, remodeling, or home services preferred) • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills • Excellent time management, follow-up, and communication habits • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to job sites and homes • A background in residential construction or remodeling is required • Ability to match your communication style to clients' needs — not pushy sales Compensation & Perks: • 8% commission on closed deals • 3–5% residuals on repeat GC jobs • 2–3% lifetime commissions on accounts you manage • $1,000 bonus for each new GC who books 3+ jobs in 90 days • Monthly performance bonuses for closing 10+ jobs • Freedom and flexibility of a 1099 contractor role • Company-provided leads and sales tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Are you willing to travel to prescott and the surrounding cities.
