Senior Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller – SaaS – Remote A fully remote B2B and B2C SaaS platform is in search of a Sr. Accounting Manager to join their team to work directly alongside the Global Controller and CFO. Aside from GL and corporate accounting, the position will be heavily involved in treasury, reporting, and oversight of all cash accounts and allocations while overseeing a team of 5+ direct and indirect reports. Responsibilities: • Provide direction and guidance to the Accounting team as they perform their duties to ensure timely, accurate and consistent delivery • Ownership of all bank account activity, ensuring all accounts are funded and money is allocated correctly, and provide a final sign-off on payroll • Conduct corporate accounting responsibilities surrounding reporting, fixed assets, lender reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting projects • Assist with the quarterly and yearly financial statements and financial controls audits • Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analysis for management and assist with all financial reporting needs • Monitor and analyze department work to improve and develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Assist in the management of auditor engagements for completion of annual audit reports • Participate in various business processes and technology integration initiatives Requirements: • CPA (or international equivalent) preferred • 7+ years’ experience in a mix of public and private accounting, preferably within a tech/SaaS revenue model • Proficiency in application of US GAAP. • NetSuite experience a strong plus. • Ability to strategically approach challenges in a creative manner while prioritizing multiple deadlines and responsibilities • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-departmentally with multiple areas of a large organization Salary: $140K – $160K + Bonus The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.
