This is a full-time, work-from-anywhere position supporting a portfolio of schools. The right candidate is highly systems-driven, organized, and process-oriented. You love details, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You bring calm, clarity, and strategy to every client interaction and take pride in helping school leaders feel supported and confident in their marketing.Salary & Growth Opportunities:Starting salary: $1,400/monthYou’ll be matched with a portfolio of Montessori schools to support consistentlyFull training in our systems, with mentorship from experienced team leadsEvaluations based on attention to detail, client satisfaction, and consistent follow-throughFuture Opportunities: We’re growing quickly.
