I’m looking for a YouTube Shorts strategist or creator who can hop on 1–2 calls per week with me to review my latest Shorts, give live feedback, and brainstorm ways to make them perform better. I’m not looking for a one-time audit or PDF — I want an ongoing creative feedback partner who understands what makes Shorts click, retain, and go viral. What I’m Looking For: Someone who’s worked on or studied successful YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikToks Understands hook design, pacing, and retention psychology Can give actionable creative direction, not just theory Bonus if you’ve helped channels grow quickly or use tools like TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or native YouTube analytics Schedule & Format: 1–2 live calls per week (Zoom or Google Meet) Each call: ~30–45 minutes Focused, creative, and iterative — testing what works week by week
