In this position, you will assist customers by responding to their inquiries through our web-based chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms. Provide answers to customer questions, offer product recommendations, and issue discounts. Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions. Requirements:

Must have a device capable of accessing social media and web chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
Must have a reliable internet connection.
Rate: $35 per hour, depending on performance and experience.

Contract Length: Flexible with no fixed term.
