Do you excel in customer service and wish to work from the comfort of your own home? We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Live Chat Support Agents. In this position, you will assist customers by responding to their inquiries through our web-based chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms. Provide answers to customer questions, offer product recommendations, and issue discounts. Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions. Requirements:

Must have a device capable of accessing social media and web chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
Must have a reliable internet connection.
Rate: $35 per hour, depending on performance and experience.

Contract Length: Flexible with no fixed term.
