What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls as needed
? Perform data entry and manage patient billing and medical information
? Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
? Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
? Collaborate with team members and departments to share expertise

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
? Great work attitude and willingness to help others
? Medical call center experience is a plus but not required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a medical call center environment
? Strong computer skills for data entry and analysis
? Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
? Experience with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
? Excellent problem-solving skills
