What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
? Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
? Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
