REQUIRED:You will need to supply your own computer and internet. Below are the computer and schedule requirements that are needed.
? Processor: i5 Core Processor OR 2000 Benchmark Score (review benchmark score at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/
? Memory: At least 12GB
? 2nd Monitor and Headset
? Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
Your specific duties will include:
? Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers that call in
? Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
? Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
? Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
? Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.
Skills required:
? High School Diploma or GED
? Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice
? Previous Customer Service Experience, Call Center experience is a plus
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
? Work from home experience preferred.
? History of great attendance
? Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
? PC familiarity and proficient typing skills- 35 wpm.
? Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
? Strong technical skills.
? Must be articulate and professional
