Account Manager-TikTok Shop Accounts
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing multiple top TikTok Shop accounts for FHI Heat. Your primary goal is to drive revenue and ensure profitability for our TikTok Shop client accounts through strategic influencer recruitment, spark ads (whitelisting top influencer content), and managing a flash sale and promotion calendar.
Responsibilities...
? Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
? Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies, including shop setup, management, and scaling to establish it as a top marketing channel for clients.
? Account Oversight: Manage all aspects of client accounts, from onboarding to strategy execution, daily communication, and reporting.
? Seller Center Management: Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop seller center for your clients.
? Influencer Recruitment: Lead the influencer recruitment strategy by managing a team of influencer recruitment coordinators.
? Marketing Calendar: Create and manage a marketing and promotions calendar, including writing email/SMS copy to support the channel's success.
? Project Management: Implement effective project management practices to keep client projects on track and within budget.
? Collaboration: Work with media buying teams to deliver high-performing TikTok ad creative.
? Client Engagement: Lead client meetings and strategic discussions to provide support and expertise.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance client success.
Requirements
? Experience: 3+ years in account management, project management, or a related field, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
? Strategic Ownership: Ability to analyze TikTok Shop market and competitive data, trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and develop growth initiatives.
? Brand/Ecommerce Management: Experience as a brand manager, ecommerce manager, or account manager.
? Influencer Campaigns: Strong experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns, UGC campaigns, and performance-based influencer/affiliate campaigns.
? Agency Experience: Experience working at a fast-paced influencer or digital marketing agency.
? Passion: Enthusiasm for TikTok, social commerce, and live selling.
? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Client Management: Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and delivering successful projects.
? Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Compensation $65,000-80,000 plus quarterly bonus based on performance. Based compensation is based on experience.
