Amazon eCommerce Specialist
Onda is actively seeking a highly skilled Amazon eCommerce Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor, specializing in optimizing our clients' Amazon operations. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our eCommerce team, responsible for overseeing and enhancing various aspects of our client's Amazon presence. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Amazon... Seller Central management, product listing optimization, Amazon advertising campaigns, data analysis, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the Amazon platform. Additionally, experience with Amazon's FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) program is a plus.

Responsibilities
? Expertly manage and optimize product listings within Amazon Seller Central.
? Coordinate comprehensive Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP, to drive traffic and sales.
? Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and enhance sales strategies.
? Implement customer experience enhancements and proactively address feedback.
? Maintain and optimize our company's presence on the Amazon platform.
? Act as the main point of contact with Amazon for any account-related issues.
? Ensure seamless integration with Amazon's FBA program, if applicable.
? Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
Skills
? In-depth experience in analyzing sales data and deriving actionable insights.
? Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
? Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
? BA in Marketing or a similar field
? 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience
? Experience in other eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify
? Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
? A deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms, SEO principles, and their application on the Amazon platform.
? Previous experience in coordinating Amazon advertising campaigns, including certifications if applicable.
Additional Information
? This is a 1099 independent contractor position
? 100% remote work
? The number of work hours is based on the number of client accounts you have at any given time
? You have a flexible schedule, but meetings and communications with clients occur between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST
? You have the freedom to set your own rate
? You won't have to hunt for your own client leads
? The ecosystem comes with various support functions, including scheduling, a designated billing department, and other admin functions so you can focus on what you do best
? You will have designated Onda email and Zoom lines for client communication
