Job Description:

As an Amazon Prime Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering smiles to customers every day. Your primary responsibility is to safely deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be using a company-provided vehicle and uniform, and you’ll receive all the necessary training to succeed in this role.

In this role, you will be expected to navigate various routes, manage time efficiently, and handle packages with care. Your day will start at an Amazon delivery station where you’ll load your vehicle with packages and end with the successful delivery of all assigned parcels.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages to customers’ locations within the specified time frame
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition
• Ensure the safety and security of packages during transit
• Communicate effectively with management and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or issues

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
