Key Responsibilities...

Inputting data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms with accuracy.

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities.

Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.

Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.

Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be advantageous but not required.

Proficient typing and data entry skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent time management skills.
