Job Summary

Are you passionate about technology and helping others? Join our team as an Apple At Home Advisor, where you will provide world-class customer support from the comfort of your home. As an Apple At Home Advisor, you?ll be the friendly voice of Apple, helping customers with their questions about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email.
? Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
? Educate customers on Apple products and services.
? Document and report customer interactions.
? Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor?s degree (preferred).
? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Proficiency with Mac OS and iOS is an advantage.
