Arizona Based - Executive Director of Network Operations - Clinically Integrated Networks

Base Salary Range: $80k-105k per year
Brief Summary of Work for this Position
Under supervision, directs, manages, and coordinates all operational and managerial needs to create, build, and sustain an integrated system of care for behavioral health. Meets with executives, community leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders who play an integral role of the networks. Collaborates with multiple departments to present and guide networks in partnership with key stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Under supervision, develops, implements, and supports the management of high performing clinically integrated network(s) for behavioral health.
? Organizes, facilitates, and participates with clinical and operations leaders, care teams, executives, community leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders who play an integral role of the networks.
? Provides regular updates to all incorporated parties including formal and informal presentation, data analysis, committee/governance oversight, and day to day network operations.
? Coordinates and delegates various projects and developments for process and practice improvement.
? Works with analysts, consultants, and executives, playing an active role in various aspects of client engagement and development.
? Manages and coordinates oversight and development/training of clinical practice/quality improvement councils.
? Maintains advanced understanding and comprehension of healthcare industry, with a strong focus on behavioral health, vocabulary and processes.
? Leads, facilitates, and participates in various internal, external, and cross functional committees, task forces, and discussions comprised of all levels of personnel.
? Travels to provider sites/offices, meeting locations, and events as needed.
? Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in health-related field, business administration, and/or other related technical bachelor?s degree from an appropriately accredited institution. Minimum of two years progressive experience in behavioral healthcare delivery, operations, payment, and/or management. Proven experience with multi-faceted project development, implementation, and tracking.
Knowledge and Abilities:
? Ability to process large sets of healthcare data and communicate findings for audiences across a variety of knowledge levels and skill sets.
? Strong focus and ability to use strategic thinking, work autonomously, balance multiple priorities, and reasonably anticipate needs from clients and fellow team members.
? Flexibility and ability to travel, work remotely, coordinate effectively both in person and virtually, and communicate logistical information to project manager(s).
? Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
? Strong in-person and virtual public speaking skills.
? An ability to coordinate projects with strategic and tactical information into practical applications that are easily understood by all employees and clients across a wide range of non-technical skill sets and backgrounds.
? Deep passion for improving patient care and population health.
Technology Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, visualization and editing software, care management and medical record software, working knowledge of compatibility troubleshooting, and ability to troubleshoot routine technological issues.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Master?s degree or greater with a focus in healthcare management, public health, population health and/or other related technical master?s degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of three years progressive direct healthcare management or operational oversight.
Implementation of practice or process improvement.
Successful conduction of governance meetings.
Certification or specialization in clinical performance, project management, process improvement, or other related technical area.
Preferred experience working with clinically integrated networks and/or population health with time spent leading large health information system implementation projects.
