Artificial Intelligence - AI Program Manager

They are looking for a Program Manager to establish and ensure the sustainability of an AI Center of Excellence, aiding the client's operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to... have the responsibilities: ? Manage overall program and project management activities for timely communication and execution ? Oversee the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies ? Implement continuous improvement protocols for AI projects and initiatives ? Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with milestones and timelines ? Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives and KPIs ? Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget ? Utilize project management methodologies for resource allocation and risk management ? Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution ? Develop training and resource plans and best practices documentation ? Conduct stakeholder meetings to promote AI technology adoption ? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in AI initiatives ? Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights ? Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders ? Implement feedback mechanisms to incorporate lessons into future programs ? Stay updated with latest AI advancements and provide technical guidance ? Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks

This role requires you to have:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
? 5+ years of experience in program and project management
? Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks
? Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in AI
? Proven record of managing complex programs
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities
? Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Clearance

You would benefit from having:
? Experience with agile and lean project management methodologies
? PMP or PgMP certification
? Experience in a national laboratory setting
