What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Investigate and resolve various employment complaints
• Provide guidance on conflict and dispute resolution
• Document investigations and recommendations effectively
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on challenging employment issues
• Tailor and deliver communications to influence outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of investigation experience
• Basic knowledge of employment law and practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• At least 5 years of experience working in a team corporate environment
• At least 5 years of Human Resources or Legal experience focused on employment investigations
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or related/similar certifications
• Experience conducting all types of employment investigations
• Basic knowledge of employment law and practices
