    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Present and communicate the value of the Auto Care program to potential members
  • Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ to drive program adoption and sales goals
  • Conduct training sessions for local sales teams on program utilization
  • Provide exceptional customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers through regular visits
  • Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business growth objectives
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools (Qlik, PowerBI, MS Office, CRM applications)
  • Must be in current role for at least six months and meet performance expectations
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate effectively
  • Experience in strategic decision-making and customer success initiatives
