Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Entry-Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about products and services - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges over the phone - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Call Center Assistant - Remote Work
