Call Center Support Representative - Internet Lending

IQ Ventures is looking for experienced Call Center Support Representative to join our growing Internet Lending Team. Made up of 200 customer-centered professionals, the Internet Lending Team is equipped to provide outstanding client support through their lifecycle. As a Call Center Support Representative, you will take inbound and make outbound customer calls, listening attentively to... identify challenges that our various financial solutions can help resolve. This is an in office position located in Carrollton, TX.
We are hiring 12 ambitious customer service representatives ready to receive best-in-class client support training to propel their career!
Shifts will be scheduled within Contact Center hours of the below possible shifts:
Monday-Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm
Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:45pm and Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm
Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:45pm and Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Uphold our customer-first culture by providing exceptional client support. Guide customers in finding the best financial solutions to meet their needs by staying knowledgeable across our various brands and product offerings. Track and document key customer information with accuracy using proprietary systems. Handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including weekend hours, is required for this position.
Requirements
Key Qualifications and Skills:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Must be at least 18 years of age
? At least six (6) months of customer service experience
? Willingness and desire to learn from team members in real-time and instantly put constructive feedback into practice
? Ability to serve customers throughout the customer lifecycle with professionalism and discretion
? Ability to work with little direct supervision or oversight
? Consistent and reliable internet connection Preferred Qualifications and Skills
? Call center experience
? Ability to work and train on-site if local to a corporate office
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are highly encouraged to apply
