What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements
• Provide education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices
• Compose and publish job posts on the employer's platform to attract qualified candidates
• Screen and vet care provider candidates through applications and interviews
• Collaborate with Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services or child care field
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the caregiving or child care industry
• Familiarity with online platforms for job postings and candidate screening
• Strong writing skills for creating engaging job posts
• Previous experience in a role requiring high levels of customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
